Fire Service Instructor 1

Texas Fire Resource’s Fire Service Instructor 1 is an online (computer based), TCFP approved, training program, typically lasting four (4) weeks in length. Fire Officer I is a first-line supervisory level certification intended for current officers. The course covers all curriculum requirements of TCFP, SFFMA and NFPA. The requirements can be viewed on the TCFP website. This course also requires one day for online proctored tests and skills testing.

This includes online course access and TCFP state skills testing. (Textbook not included)

For this course, we will be using the IFSTA, Fire and Emergency Services Instructor, 9th edition.
